This is a hands-on workshop; each participant will make their own loaf with guidance at each step, and lots of time for asking questions. Attendees will go home with live and dehydrated starter, their own unbaked loaf, my guide with recipes, and tons of sourdough knowledge!
Attendees must bring:
-mixing bowl (3 qt or larger)
-bench scraper
-danish dough hook
-pint size jar with lid
-bread lame with blade
-round banneton (preferably 7 or 8 inch)
-Apron (optional)
Unfortunately, the sourdough kits are no longer available. We are hoping to bring them back in the future!
